Location! Location! Location! Palawan has been rated the #1 Island Destination in the World by various travelogues. In 2019 it’s rated #2. Affectionately known as The Last Frontier, it is truly a magical place. From our location is centrally located. El Nido is a 4.5hr drive north and a similar drive time to the southern tip of the island. To reach the beaches of the South China Sea is a 1hr drive west. Both east and west coasts are lined with beautiful remote beaches. Investing in Palawan is a win-win! Developers are rapidly taking advantage of plans for the area as the future island playground for SE Asia. The cost to build and material costs are increasing exponentially so take advantage of limited existing construction. Our place is staged for an Eco Farm, resort and plenty of room for expansion. It is RestoBar ready. Visitors welcome! Must see to believe!
