Jukas Luxury Condos Kololo is a luxury thirteen story building that has twenty two apartments and two penthouses. Each apartment will be finished to very high specifications and will contain air-conditioned bedrooms, open plan kitchens, ample parking spaces, smoke detectors, fire escapes, CCTV, elevators, a gym, sauna, steam bath and a large swimming pool.

The building is still under construction and we are on target for a December 2020 completion date. For reassurance we will give free maintenance for a full year after handover.
